Refer a new client —Businessowner, homeowner, property manager, or HOA.

1. When your referral signs a contract and completes a project or becomes an active maintenance subscriber, you receive a Bonus Repair Credit or Project Credit.
    
2. You can continue referring and stack rewards throughout the year.

Bonus Repair Credit can be used for:

• Minor repairs, touch-ups, or maintenance
   
• Credit toward upgrades or add-on services
   
• Gifted to family/friends with written approval
   

• Referrals are considered valid only after the new client’s contract is signed and paid in full.
   
• Bonus credits are non-transferable for cash and expire after 12 months or upon subscription expiration.
   
• Limit of one referrer per new client — duplicate claims go to the first referral received.
   
• Gifted repairs require written sign-off by the referring client for liability purposes.
   
• Projects closed under warranty, insurance claim, or builder dispute may be ineligible for referral bonuses until post-completion.

Redemption Policy

• Points are logged by our admin team and reset once redeemed.
   
• Clients must have an active account or recent service to redeem.
   
• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
   
• Free repairs must be scheduled through the project coordinator to ensure warranty and safety compliance.
   

Tracking & Verification

• Every referral or action is verified by our admin team before points or credits are issued.
   
• Each client receives a referral ID or email confirmation once their referral is approved.
